Hi, I’m Jessica Hsia

a coach, mother, humanitarian, and multi-passionate human.

I know what it means to want more. Not just more success, but more meaning. More truth. More you

And I know what it costs to chase that in a world that keeps handing you rules, timelines, and checklists you never wrote. I know what it means to crave change that shakes your foundations. To feel the tension between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. I’ve lived that edge. Again and again.

Since I was young, I’ve lived through the push and pull of change: new countries, new cultures, new identities. Reinvention isn’t just something I talk about. It’s in my bones. I've built home from scratch more than once. I've walked into rooms where no one looked like me or thought like me, and figured out how to belong without losing myself. That kind of change doesn’t just build resilience; it builds x-ray vision for what really matters.

That instinct followed me into adulthood. My career has zig-zagged across industries and roles, with every bold leap into the unknown, trusting I’d find my footing, and I always did. With the fear. With the doubt. And always with heart. Always with fire.

I’m not here to tell you to play it safe.
I’m here to remind you that you’re allowed to do life differently.

For a long time, I was juggling it all: the career, the ambition, the adventures, the creative spark. I made it work. I was teaching pole dance, climbing cliffs, leading at work, loving deeply, experimenting with life. On the outside? It looked solid. On the inside? I was running on willpower alone and adrenaline.

Then life cracked things open.

Motherhood cracked me open.

Not long after our son was born, my family faced a health crisis. I became the one holding it all together. The caregiver, the breadwinner, the planner, the parent. I kept showing up. Because strong women do. Until I realized strength alone is just survival. I was exhausted and my spark buried deep underneath the responsibilities.

So I hit pause. And it was the best thing I've ever done.

And I started listening. Really listening.

What am I feeling?

Who am I now?
What have I outgrown?
What do I really want?

That’s where the real work began. Not the glossy kind. The raw, messy, honest kind. I let go of the old rules. The expectations. The pressure to prove. I came back to my body, my instincts, my inner compass. I stopped performing and started listening.

What I found wasn’t weakness.
It was clarity. Creativity. Courage. Connection.

And that’s what I bring into my coaching.

I work with people who are high-achieving and heart-led. The ones at a crossroads: career, identity, motherhood/fatherhood, burnout, relocation. People who feel the ache of “this isn’t working anymore” and are ready to build something that does.

I specialize in transitions:
→ Career shifts that feel like homecomings.
→ Matrescence that expands identity (not erases).
→ Burnout recovery that reclaims your power.
→ Identity work that honors all the layers, not just the ones that fit neatly in a bio.

My approach is real, grounded, and holistic with just enough boldness to shake up the status quo. I don’t do pep talks or one-size-fits-all. I bring in somatic tools, emotional depth, and a deep listening ear for your truth. Because transformation isn’t only a mindset shift—We feel through it. Live through it. Fully.

The version you’re becoming is already in there. Just waiting for you to clear the noise and let her/him/them lead.

So if you’re craving something more honest, more alive, more aligned — and you’re ready to do the work. I’m here to walk that path with you.
